Option #1: ID Polishing

½ inch diameter lengths up to 7 feet

¾ inch diameter lengths up to 10 feet

2 inch diameter lengths up to 20 feet

4 ½ inch diameter and over, and lengths up to 24 feet

We can internally and externally polish and buff the following: Tubing, Pipes, Elbows, Bends, Tees, Zees, Flanges, Couplings, Reducers, Tanks, Hoppers and Offsets.

Finishes provided
Sanitary finishes from #3 to #8. Preparatory finishes for chrome plate, Grit, finishes from 40 to 500.

Profilometer Readouts
We will provide surface measurements when Ra & RMS reading are required.

Fabricating Services

Jhelsa Metals polishes metals and also fabricates it as well. We've worked with architectural and ornamental structures from hand rails, railings, kiosks, display tables, stairs. to gates, revolving doors, windows frames and more, Just bring us your blueprints or your mockups and we will make your project a reality.

Recent projects include Stainless Steel lab equipment for pharmceutical corporations, custom-designed pieces for food processing as well as fabrication for transit, automotive and agricultural applications.

We work with Stainless Steel, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Aluminum, Titanium, Carbon Steel, Lead and exotic alloys. FabricationFabricated materials include sheets, plates, angles, tees, brackets, rails, flanges, hand rails, bins, hoppers, tanks, enclosures, racks, duct and piping assemblies, barriers, stairs, frames and window sills. We fabricate display pieces for exhibit, safety plates, transit and terminal signs and other metal or heavy-duty signage for outdoor or high-stress applications.

Our welding capabilities include Heliarc, MIG, TIG, Spot Welding along with grinding, sawing, drilling and, of course when its completed, polishing, if necessary.
